How Does it work?
- Verify your current GI Bill status at https://www.va.gov/education/eligibility/ to ensure sufficient allotment remains.
- Register for a free SSI account at www.divessi.com and affiliate with Looe Key Reef Resort. (This is the dive center all of our training runs through.)
- Complete the training / certification process with us here at Paragon Diving and obtain a copy of the completed certification and invoice. (If you purchase your course on base through ITT, they will provide you a copy of the invoice.)
- Complete form VBA-22-0803 with the information from your certification and invoice. (You can download the form here.)
- Mail to the corresponding VA Facility mentioned on the bottom of the form for the your area. (For those stationed or living in Florida, the form should be sent to the Western Region VA Regional Office.)
* The SSI VA GI Bill reimbursement program requires the student to pay for the course. Once the course is complete and a certification has been issued, the student may submit the applicable form to the VA for reimbursement. Depending on the course chosen, full reimbursement may not be authorized by the VA.
